Website terms.

These terms explain the use of Orneos's public website at about.orneos.com and its pilot-enquiry process. Orneos is currently operated by Filip Ilievski, who can be reached at support@orneos.com.

The website and its examples

The site explains our product direction and invites conversations about a founder-assisted review pilot. People, tasks, code and evidence shown in its interactive examples are fictional. Exploring an example does not run an agent, change a repository, approve work or send a review decision.

Sections marked as a product direction or concept describe future possibilities. They are not commitments to a release date or a particular feature. Descriptions of the current application and the current pilot offer should be read separately from those concepts.

Requesting a pilot

A request starts a conversation. It does not create a workspace, guarantee a pilot place, place an order or create a payment obligation. Before starting a pilot, we agree its scope, the material that may be shared, access arrangements and any applicable commercial terms separately.

Only share information you are authorized to provide. Do not include credentials, private source code or confidential project material in the enquiry form. Any later handling of project material needs its own agreed arrangements.

Early-product reliability and your data

Orneos is in early development. The application may contain bugs, become unavailable, or lose or corrupt data. Keep current, independent copies of important work. Do not make Orneos the only place you store information you need to recover.

Work held only in your browser may not yet have reached the server. Clearing browser data, losing access to a device, or a storage failure may make that work unrecoverable. We do not currently promise uninterrupted operation or recovery of every record.

Before a pilot begins, we agree on appropriate material, access and any specific backup or recovery arrangements. Report a problem to support@orneos.com.

This explains the early product's limitations; it does not replace a separate pilot agreement or remove rights and obligations under applicable law.

Using the website responsibly

You may browse the website, link to its pages and contact us about the product. Do not use it to send spam, impersonate another person, access information without permission, interfere with its operation or submit unlawful material. We may limit requests or access to protect the service from misuse.

Content and review decisions

Orneos's name, website text and design remain subject to their owners' intellectual property rights. Third-party materials retain their own notices and licenses. Sending an enquiry does not transfer ownership of your material to Orneos.

The examples explain an approach to review; they do not certify the correctness or security of any change. A person remains responsible for examining the actual work and deciding whether to accept it. Information on the website may change or contain mistakes; contact us if you find one.

Privacy and other services

Our privacy notice explains how we handle enquiries, and our storage notice explains browser storage. Reading these notices is not consent to optional tracking or marketing.

These website terms do not replace a separate pilot agreement or the terms and data-processing arrangements applicable to the product workspace. External websites and services have their own terms.

Changes and questions

We may update these website terms as the offering develops; the date above identifies the current version. Changes do not override an agreement already made with you. Nothing here removes rights that applicable law does not allow to be waived.
